We want you to love every piece you order from Raftara — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.



Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

  • You must contact us at contact page before sending your item back or via WhatsApp 

Note: items are often shipped directly from our suppliers, so return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We’ll make it right — fast.
